Upon arrival at our international airport - take the Hotel Don Carlos / Taxis Unidos "Non-stop Airport Shuttle" service. This private service is available 24 hours a day, to or from the International Airport at a cost of only $12.00 per vehicle for a maximum of 3 passengers or $18.00 for a group of 4 to 8 passengers and their luggage. This is a private individual service and not a shared taxi or van.

Tricolor Rent-A-Car Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years old to rent a vehicle. • All additional drivers are charged $3.00 U.S.D. per day. • Valid driver's license and Passport or Tourist Card is required. • CDW insurance included in the rate. • Pickup or Drop-off at Hotel Don Carlos, International Airport or San Jose Down Town Agency's Office. • $1,200.00 U.S.D. deductible (deposit) required for all models.

Note: During the PEAK SEASON (Dec 1 - Jan 31), you will need to reserve your vehicle in advance. The above rates are examples of current rates. Please ask us to verify if there is any "special rate" that might apply during the actual dates that you require your vehicle.
